Packed Lunch. (£7.50 per head)

Sandwiches/baguettes/brown/white with fillings on request.

Supper (£20 per head)

Roquefort and walnut quiche
Salmon with watercress or hollandaise sauce
Coq au Vin
Cottage pie
Steak and ale pie
Good old Bangers and mash but with a difference:
Willo's venison & cranberry ( very healthy and scrummy! ) or wild boar and apricot. Local Pork, Pork & Leek, Pork & Herb ( also very scrummy but marginally less good for the waistline ). Sausages can be served with onion gravy and peas or baked beans
All main courses include seasonal vegetables
For those preferring a bit more spice we also offer lamb/chicken/beef curry plain, korma, vindaloo or tikka with lentil/plain rice and vegetables(must have 24hrs. notice to marinade.)
Vegetarian options available on request

Puddings vary a bit depending on seasonal fruit but we always have:

Chocolate truffle torte with cream
Lemon tart with lemon curd ice-cream
Meringues with fresh fruit and cream
Fruit crumble with cream or ice-cream

Or a selection of local cheeses

Snack Supper Soup & Sandwiches. (£8 per head)

Soup depends on season but always available is carrot orange and coriander, vichyssoise or spicy pea soup.
Sandwiches/baguettes/toasties/brown/white with fillings on request.
Always available ham, cheese, bacon, salad, mayo.
(Snacks can be served to your room.)

Unfortunately we are not licensed but please feel free to bring your own wine -- we can chill it for you if required.

Suppers and snacks served from 6:30 to 8:30p.m; please indicate when you would like to eat. If you are arriving late we can put out a snack for you.

Please give as much notice as you can for special requirements, packed lunches and suppers -- we do like to get the best and freshest ingredients.

For those staying in the ANNEXE, basic provisions can be arranged to be ready for your arrival. Local organic milk (or Soya), fruit and veg. is readily available.
